The hotel rooms were out of operation, which is completely understandable. Despite some smudge marks and rubber marks on parts of the walls, the rooms were extremely comfortable, incredibly clean, and comfortable.

I found the rooms to be amazingly comfortable and impeccably clean.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, especially considering the price. The upgraded room across the river to the Strand Hotel was of superb quality and much more affordable. The modern and stylish decor made for a very comfortable stay. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with some inexperienced staff in the bar.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was very central, but the room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and ambiance. The service was friendly but a bit overwhelmed during peak times. The dining experience was top-notch but came at a high price. Overall, I had a decent stay but with room for improvement.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was a bit disappointing. It felt like a dark, dingy basement room with noticeable smudge and rubber marks on the walls. It definitely needed a refresh and fell short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel.

Location

The hotel is very central, which is convenient. However, it was on the smaller side and I had to leave the hotel to find a more relaxing environment.
Dining

Despite the high price, the dining experience was exceptional. The breakfast offered both Irish and continental options and was absolutely fabulous. However, the overall expense was a bit unrealistic for what was provided.

6.8/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was very big with a lovely comfortable bed and a gorgeous balcony with a view of Limerick, but the connecting door to another room made it noisy, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness and attention to detail, with multiple interruptions for room cleaning and no smiles. The location was superb for a city break, right in the center of town, but the dining experience was underwhelming despite the self-service options for fruits and yogurts. The facilities were decent overall.
